This is print on demand, but it requires some assembly on our own before being able to send it, which is why it takes a while and is more expensive. But it's worth it, when you heat up the mug you see the destruction of Ian. Not really dishwasher safe ... it might be but I wouldn't risk it. I mean it says it is if it's on the top rack but I'm not that confident about it. If you do run it through the dishwasher and the sticker gets messed up let us know and we might be able to fix it for you or something.
